The Lodge itself...

We are able to host almost any size group from 1 to 50 with our unique set up.  You will have your own  individual apartment style unit including your own bedroom, living area, bath, and  kitchen which will include all the comforts of home.  We pride ourselves in the clean simplicity of country lodging, but offer many extras such as cable TV, AC, electric heat, free wireless internet, and propane grills for each unit.  Your beds are made up with fresh linens upon your arrival, and all towels, soaps, shampoos, and other toiletries are furnished.  Your kitchen is completely equipped for cooking with all refrigerator, freezer, utensils, dishes, coffeemakers, stoves, microwaves, crockpots, and most anything you need to prepare a great meal.  You bring the groceries.  We’ve got most everything else.

We are open year round, with no minimum stay required.  We have a modern indoor game cleaning facility and a small bait shop on the premises offering bait, tackle, licenses,  and a few supplies.  We are pet friendly, and your dogs welcomed for a small fee. We offer spacious parking, with electrical outlets for your boats, a beautiful, new campfire area, and we strive to cover all of your needs.

We have recently begun to host group meetings, family reunions, and other gatherings for large groups with a centrally located meeting room.  Call for details.

The area and location...

Even though the area is very secluded, you are still within 12 miles of city luxuries including, grocery stores, baitshops, nightclubs, parks, swimming pools, theatres, and golf courses. Lynn Lake is bordered by 3 country churches, all of which welcome visitors. Our exact location from Webster is:

4 miles north on Hwy. 25
7 miles west on 137th St.
1 mile north on 428th Ave.
1 mile west
1/2 mile north on 427th Ave.

For the sportsman...

FISHING...
Lakes located in our area include: Waubay, Bitter, Antelope, Reetz, Enemy Swim, Pickerel, Blue Dog, Cattail-Kettle, Opitz, Hazeldon, Amsden, Horseshoe, Swan, Goose, Rush, Minnewasta, and Lynn. We are located at the southwest corner of Lynn Lake and eight miles west of Waubay Lake. Lynn has been well known as a sportsman's paradise for years. The lake continues to offer a great variety of fish.  Lynn is now one of South Dakota's few Musky lakes.  It is quite common to catch a Musky over 40 inches, and they are approaching trophy proportions.  For the ice fisherman, we have augers and electrical equipment available for rent.  Year round guide service is also available for the rest of the year.

WATERFOWL...
Our lakes and sloughs continue to attract a waterfowl population like no other area. Canadian, snow, and blue geese migrate through the area in high numbers as do an unlimited number of mallards, wood ducks, pintails, and more.  Being located in the center of over 40,000 acres of public hunting lands make this area a perfect affordable waterfowl destination. Licenses can be purchased over the counter for spring white goose, September Canada goose, and on a lottery system for regular season waterfowl (drawing deadline is end of June).

PHEASANTS...
Pheasant hunting continues to be one of the main attractions to our corner of the state.  Again, our public hunting acres draw the independent hunter.  Even though bird numbers vary year to year, we have recently been pleasantly surprised at the number of birds our hunters have harvested.  Take advantage of South Dakota's late season pheasant hunting.  Purchase your 10-day license after December 15th allowing you to enjoy your hunt for five days, and your second 5-day hunt can be activated during next year's pheasant season!
